A challenging build from the outset, this mid-terrace property required careful planning and precision execution. With no direct rear access, all plant, materials and waste had to be taken through the house — a true logistical test for our team.

We began by demolishing the existing pre-fab garage, utility and conservatory to make way for a contemporary flat-roof single-storey extension. The new space incorporates a bright open-plan kitchen-diner, cosy snug and dedicated home office — transforming the way the home functions day-to-day.

A large section of the original rear elevation was removed to seamlessly connect the new and existing spaces, creating a flowing, modern layout designed for family living and entertaining.
