Conservatory Removal & Kitchen Refurbishment
Conservatory Removal & Kitchen Refurbishment
This design and build project involved the removal of an existing conservatory and a series of structural alterations to create a more open, modern living space. The works included removing an internal load-bearing wall and installing structural steelwork, allowing the ground floor layout to flow more effectively and better suit the client's lifestyle.
To maximise the connection between the home and garden, the existing rear opening was widened to accommodate new aluminium bi-fold doors, bringing in significantly more natural light and creating a seamless transition to the outdoor space.
Alongside the structural works, we carried out a full kitchen refurbishment, delivering a contemporary and functional kitchen designed around the client's requirements. Careful planning and coordination ensured the structural alterations, bi-fold installation, and kitchen fit-out were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Although a smaller-scale project, the transformation had a significant impact on the way the home is used, creating a brighter, more spacious, and more sociable living environment for the client to enjoy.
