Spencer Road Project

Our Spencer Road project marks our third design & build venture, focusing on a large single-story extension and partial garage conversion. After collaborating closely with the client to understand their needs, we designed an expansive open-plan extension, creatively utilising the existing structural openings to maximize space cost-effectively. We’re also transforming the garage into a new utility room and carrying out strategic structural alterations within the home to enhance its layout and flow.
